Defeat in the Mid-week League

This afternoon Wimbledon Park hosted last year's League Champions Raynes Park in the second match of the Mid-Week Triples League. Unfortunately for us, Raynes Park proved too strong with Derek, Ossie and Vernon losing by 12 - 17 and Ron, Hector and Barry going down by 10 - 17. Match result a loss 0 - 8 (22 shots to 34). More

Mid-week Triples – Off to a Winning Start

The season's first mid-week triples league match took place this afternoon away at Southey. After starting strongly, Ron, Ossie and Jonathan saw their opponents peg the score back, before going into the lead. This afternoon's first mid-week triples fixture was unfortunately postponed due to the sustained rainfall. Friday at 6pm sees Barry begin his Surrey Secretary's campaign playing at home - all support welcome. More
