June 2nd - This evening Neil played South London in the opening round of the Men's Surrey Singles. In a close 24-end game, where the lead changed no fewer than 7 times, it was Neil who prevailed, edging through to the second round 21 - 15. More

June 1st - This evening saw the start of the Surrey Men's Pairs competition with Pete and Martin playing away at South London and Barry and Neil playing Mitcham at home. May 30th - This evening Derek, Vernon and Pete travelled to Shirley Park to play in the Surrey Triples. Up against a strong triple, two large counts of 4 and 5 against them saw WPBC 6 - 16 behind after 11 ends. The final 7 ends belonged to Wimbledon Park who closed the gap to 4 shots, going down 17 - 21 in the end. More
