3rd District Final Place Secured

This evening Barry, Martin and Neil played the semi-final of the District Men’s Triples at Wandilea. Playing against Streatham Park the game went well for the Wimbledon Park trio who were defending the title they won in 2014. After 9 ends they were 21 – 3 up, before Neil twice promoted his opponents’ bowls to drop two singles. At 14 ends the game was conceded with WPBC advancing to the final with a 23 – 9 victory.
