3rd District Finalist

August 15th – this evening at South London, Barry played Magdalen Park in the semi-final of the Wimbledon and District Men’s Over 60s Singles. With early exchanges shared it was Barry who made the move first opening up a 17 – 9 gap before his opponent came back scoring a 2, 1 and 4 to bring the score to 17 – 16. After further close exchanges it was Barry who came out on top with a 21 – 18 win. With three semi-finals played WPBC have 3 places in the District Finals!
