6th District Final Place from 6 Semi-Finals

29.8.19 – This evening, up at Heathfield, Neil played Streatham Park in the Semi-Final of the District Men’s Singles. Starting well, Neil led 6 – 1 after 3 ends, before his opponent levelled at 6 – 6, two ends later. 8 ends later and, helped by some good fortune, it was all over with Neil advancing to the Final with a 21 – 7 win.
