Fun in Tonight’s Surrey Fours

Barry, Jonathan, Martin and Neil played the next match in the Surrey Fours over at Norbury this evening. On a green that was decidedly unpredicatable, and made considerably more so by the heavy rain shower, Wimbledon Park took control, winning the first five ends to lead 7 – 0. Containing their opponents, and winning 13 ends to 7, Wimbledon Park booked their place in the last 8 of Area 1 with a 23 – 13 victory.
