Wimbledon Park Primary School Take to the Green

This afternoon saw Wimbledon Park Primary School, winners of the inaugural 2014 Merton Primary Schools Bowls Championship, take to the green in Wimbledon Park for the first of their two 2015 coaching sessions. The children were a delight to work with and their enthusiasm and interest in taking up a new challenge was reward in itself for all the club volunteers who had kindly given up their afternoon to support the children. The second session takes place next week with the inter-school championship set for Monday 22nd June.
