Out of the National Mixed Pairs

June 12th – after a dash from Wimbledon Park to North Sheen, Sabrina and Neil took on two Senior Surrey bowlers in the National Mixed Pairs. having fought their way back in to the game to lead 9 – 8 after 10 ends, the Wimbledon Park pair found their opponents drawing consistently to open up a gap. With 3 ends left to play WPBC were 13 shots adrift before picking up a tidy 4 on the 19th end. On the 20th end they held another 4, before the North Sheen skip drew the shot to close out the game. Final score 14 – 24.
