July 4th - this evening Luke and Jonathan, the youngest ever winners of the Wimbledon and District Men's Pairs, began the defence of their title as they played Colliers Wood. With Luke playing his first game after returning from University, the draw was a tough one and it was the visitors who took control, eventually knocking out the champions 22 - 9.

July 3rd - this morning Martin, Neil and Pete played for Area 1 as they took on Area 3 away at Purley BC. Once again Area 1 started well but were overtaken by Area 3 during the last few ends. July 2nd - with the Wimbledon Tennis queues heading off into the distance, Wimbledon Park Bowling Green saw 17 people playing this morning, along with a huge number of people stopping and watching.
