5.5.24 - Today, over at Croydon, Neil represented Surrey Area 1 in the Surrey Inter-Area ‘Walter Cross’ Competition. Neil’s rink managed a draw in the morning against the eventual winners, Area 4. In the afternoon’s 3rd place play-off, Area 1 managed a narrow win against Area 2.

4.5.24 - This morning’s taster session saw 6 first time visitors and 21 club members taking the opportunity to get some practice time on the green. At the end of the session we welcomed Yvonne to Wimbledon Park BC, our 3rd new club member to join in 2024.

Jay, Martin, William, Sallie, Bob and Jatin were in the Red Group, whilst Mark, Claire W-A, Claire T, Sue F, Caroline and Matt were in the Blue Group. 19.9.23 - This afternoon the Tuesday League saw 8 people take to the green for the final session of the year. Incredibly there have been over 20 club members who have taken part in the league at some stage during the season. With all the points added up the top three finishers were Sue F (514 points), Johnny (647 points) and Neil (903 points).
