Surrey vs Middlesex

13.8.19 - This afternoon, over at Southey BC, Neil played for Surrey in their match against Middlesex. Expecting to play at 2 or 3, Neil found himself skipping his rink, who played well as a team, ending up winners by 23 shots to 17. Surrey won the match 122 shots to 104. More

5th District Semi-Final Place Achieved

12.8.19 - This evening Barry and Neil played Magdalen Park in the 1/4-Final of the District Men’s Pairs. 5 - 1 down after 3 ends seemed to spur Wimbledon Park on and four ends later they led 13 - 5. 10.8.19 - This morning Sabrina played the 1/4-Final of the District Ladies’ Singles up at Heathfield. In a close match the lead changed hands four times before Sabrina levelled at 10 - 10 after 13 ends. 2 ends later and Heathfield led 15 - 10, a lead which had increased to 20 - 14 at 20 ends, before Sabrina picked up ... 9.8.19 - This afternoon Neil played Wandilea in the 1/4-Final of the District Mixed Singles. Dropping 3 on the first end was not the best start, but Neil bounced back to close out the game with a 21 - 6 win. More

7.8.19 - This afternoon we travelled to league leaders Colliers Wood,  for the next of our Mid - Week league fixtures. Anne, Johnny and Ossie were up against it and were 7 - 15 behind after 13 ends.
